Claims can they affect your relationship with the bank?

Making PPI Claims against your bank or other creditor will not effect your relationship with the bank what so ever, infact it is the actual bank that has fraudulently sold you the Payment Protection Insurance and are at fault not yourselves. When we handle our clients claims we also tell them one thing that if they are wanting to refinance or take our another different loan with the bank then the Payment Protection Insurance will not effect their relationship with the bank at all and therefore you have nothing to worry about.

Many of our clients also inform us that PPI would often be sold face to face with bank managers that they used to trust before PPI became such a focal point for mis selling in the UK media. It is those same managers and advisers that have cost the banking sector just over £15 Billion so far, with the bill set to rise to £50 billion by the end of next year as banks predict that this will be the biggest banking scandal in the history of banking throughout the United Kingdom.

With there believed to be around 34 Million mis sold Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) policies it is no wonder that many people still do not know if they have been mis sold their policies as many people do not have the time or inclination to handle their claims themselves and therefore ask Claims Management Companies to do it on their behalf.

If you feel that you may have been mis sold your Policy on any  number of credit agreements such as car finance, credit cards, loans and mortgages then give us a call today to see if you could be owed £1000′s in repayments and compensation, we have helped over 20,000 clients claim back their mis sold PPI and the number continues to rise.
